Glanton-Hindsman Wins Science Olympiad Competition

Ithica Elementary hosted the first Science Olympiad competition for Carroll County Elementary Schools on Saturday, March 19, 2016. It was a huge success with nine participating elementary schools. Each school had a team of students which participated in 18 signature events. The students did an awesome job competing and working together. The top two teams will represent Carroll County in the state competition. Glanton Hindsman Elementary came in first and Ithica Elementary finished second. These two teams will attend the Science Olympiad State Competition on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Kennesaw State University.
