Bowdon High School FBLA Wins Gold Chapter of the Year Award

Bowdon High Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) competed in the FBLA State Leadership Conference held at the Classic Center in Athens, Georgia on March 6­8. The team competed, participated in leadership workshops, and attended meetings with over 3500 Georgia FBLA members.

The following members placed in competition: Faith Mapp and Kelsey Otwell won 3rd place in American Enterprise Project, Kelsey Otwell was named Region 7 President, Kelsey Otwell achieved Leader Level in FBLA Business Achievement Awards, Alyssa Boyd, Sarah Cowart, Laken Thompson, and Kelsey Otwell achieved Business Level in FBLA Business Achievement Awards, Faith Mapp, Laken Thompson, Carrington Ward, Morgan Wood, Kenyatta Baker, AJ Dodson, Georgia Edwards, Haley Farmer, Maci Holloway, Mason Holt, Sydney Hopson, Logan Lee, Austin Morgan, Alanna Nunn, Shrey Patel, and Libby Robinson achieved Future Level in FBLA Business Achievement Awards. Bowdon High School FBLA won Gold Chapter of the Year.

The students advancing to Nationals this summer in Atlanta are: Faith Mapp and Kelsey Otwell in American Enterprise Project.
