Villa Rica Elementary Students Attend Georgia Music Honor Chorus

Four students from Villa Rica Elementary participated in the Georgia Music Educators Association Statewide Elementary Honor Chorus. The students practiced diligently on Friday and Saturday at the Classic Center on the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. The students had the opportunity to work with two well known choral directors: Angela Johnson and Fred Meads. The VRE students performed in a concert on Saturday with 4th and 5th grade students from all over the state of Georgia. The VRE students from bottom to top are: Zach Burns, Maddie Ford, Erin Dillashaw, Brianna English & VRE music teacher Geoffrey Harden.
