Villa Rica High School Literary Team wins Region RunnerUp

Villa Rica High School hosted the 5AAAAA Region Literary meet Saturday, February 13th. The Villa Rica Literary team finished as the region runnerup and those placing first will represent Villa Rica High School at the State Literary Meet March, 12th at Buford High School.

Fuller Brown took 1st place in Boys Solo. Cody Hern, Fuller Brown, Jake Bardwell, and Riley Williams took 1st in Boys Quartet. David Brooks took 1st place in Argumentative Essay. Dahlia Del Angel took 1st place in Personal Essay. Hannah O'Driscoll took 2nd place in Oral Interpretation ( Dramatic). Riley Williams took 2nd place in Extemporaneous Speech ( Domestic). Katie Moss took 2nd place in Extemporaneous Speech ( International) and Journee Rogers took 3rd place in Oral Interpretation (Humorous). The VRHS Literary Team is coordinated by Brooke Evans.
