THS Wrestler Finishes 3rd at State Wrestling Competition

On February 12, 2016, A Temple High School sophomore, John Austin Robinson, finished 3rd place in the 160 lb. weight class at the AA State Wrestling Competition. The AA State Wrestling Competition was hosted at Infinite Energy Arena in Duluth, Ga. John went 31 with 3 pins. Coach Caleb Hannah, Temple High School’s wrestling coach, stated “I couldn’t be more proud of John and his run at the state competition this year. The experience this year helps him to know what we needs to work on for next year. Moving into a new region next year should really set him and several other Temple wrestlers up for another great shot at winning the state title.”
