Temple Middle School Students Earn Place in All State Band

On January 9, 2016, the top performing band students from all over the state of Georgia held auditions for the Georgia Music Educator's Association All State Band. This is the highest level attainable by middle school musicians. This audition is for the most elite musicians who compete with hundreds of their statewide peers for seats in this prestigious bands. Five students from Temple Middle School earned a place in the All State band and will go to Athens in March to participate in rehearsals and performances. Congratulations to Adrian Galbraith, flute, Shelby Norman, clarinet, Augustin Lorenzo, alto saxophone,Tatianna Passmore, alto saxophone, and Savannah Reynolds, bass clarinet.
