Mt. Zion High School Receives 2015 Community Impact Grant

Mt. Zion High School has been awarded the Community Impact Grant for 2015 through the Community Impact Fund’s annual competitive grant process. The funds from the grant will be used in the school’s "Eagle Block, where students in 9th­ 12th grade, have the opportunity to learn a new skill or trade or to plan ahead for their future by working to obtain a driver's license, plan ahead for a career or seek information about and apply to a college, university or technical school of their choice. The funds will also be used to help provide a multitude of hands on activities to help students be motivated and excited about their futures as well as making a difference in their community and in the world.
