State Superintendent Richard Woods Visits Temple Middle School

On October 5, 2015, State Superintendent Richard Woods visited Temple Middle School touring each classroom on the 6th and 7th grade hallways. After the classroom visits Superintendent Woods held a roundtable discussion with several teachers, parents, and staff members. Mr. Woods’ goal as State School Superintendent is to improve outcomes and expand options for Georgia’s public K-12 students. The purpose of this visit was to see what is working, find out where schools need assistance, and learn what the GaDOE can do to be of service.
