Ithica Elementary Hosts Math Night

On Monday, February 23, 2015 Ithica Elementary hosted a Math Night for Ithica students and their families. Teachers provided activities for children in grades Pre-K through 5th grade to help reinforce math skills. Students visited different classrooms to participate in activities that make learning math fun. Lego building centers, math websites, family board games, tangrams, and math reading centers were of very high interest this evening. There were also several make and take activities available including a rekenrek, paper plate clock, and a fortune teller operations game.
