Mt. Zion Middle School Students Sign Pride Wall

Mt. Zion Middle School has instituted a new tradition to honor students who have demonstrated noteworthy achievement during each nine weeks. On November 21, 2014, parents of 6th, 7th and 8th grade students attended a breakfast and a Pride Wall signing ceremony. The MZMS Pride Wall recognizes students in the following categories: All Time High, Citizenship, and Arts/Athletics. The All Time High category includes students who have made significant improvement in a content area, excelled on a test, or have maintained a very high class average. The Citizenship category includes students who have displayed acts of kindness, positive behavior and exemplary citizenship and character. The Arts/Athletics category recognizes students who have demonstrated visual and/or artistic abilities, including music and performing arts as well as athleticism in an organized sport or in a Physical Education class.
