Central High School Hosts STEAM Night for Cluster Schools

The Central Cluster Schools hosted a STEAM night at Central High School on Thursday, November 13. The STEAM night focused students and parents on science, technology, engineering, art, and math learning opportunities. As a part of the event students participated in projects and built objects using math and science skills. In the computer technology lab, students were even able to perform virtual brain surgery.

Teachers from the Central Elementary School, Roopville Elementary School, Whitesburg Elementary School, Central Middle School, and Central High School created and facilitated the STEAM night activities for students. The night was a huge success and each school will use this event to create deeper STEAM learning opportunities in their classrooms.
