Temple Middle School Football Team Wins Championship

On Thursday evening October 23rd, the Temple Middle School football team won the Middle School small school division championship by defeating Heard County 22 18. The win avenged an earlier regular season defeat to the Braves. The offense was led by quarterback Makhi Wilson and the running of Daimar Ivey, Chris Wilson, and Elija Thomas. Defensive standouts included Dawson Stripling, Justice Reese, D.J. Glenn, and Devon Freeman, who had an interception.
