Apple Award Winner For Leadership Employee of the Month

Carroll County Schools recognized its June 2014 Apple Award Winner at the board meeting on June 19, 2014. Receiving the award for Leadership Employee of the Month was Ms. Marti L. Stephens, . Assistant Principal at Bay Springs Middle School. Ms. Stephens was nominated by several of her colleagues describing her as a whirlwind of energy and efficiency at Bay Springs Middle School. She handles discipline with a firm but loving hand. She goes out of her way to make everyone's job run smoother and her rapport with the students is always positive and professional.

Ms. Stephens is said to be an excellent role model, administrator, communicator, and problem solver and appreciated by all of the faculty and staff at Bay Springs Middle School.

Ms. Stephens was honored with the system Apple Award plaque, a goody bag and a plant from Mountain Oak Florist, a business partner for Carroll County Schools.
