Bowdon High School Student Signs with West Georgia Technical College

Tyler McDaniel will continue his baseball career and education next year at West Georgia Technical College in Carrollton, Georgia. The 2 time All-Region Player signed his letter of intent at Bowdon High School with family, friends, and coaches in attendance. Tyler concluded his playing days at Bowdon High School by being named PRESEASON ALL STATE and ALL REGION by the Georgia Dugout Club Preview magazine. Statistically, Tyler had a .487 batting average, with 37 hits, 4 homeruns, 11 stolen bases, and a slugging percentage of .802. On the mound, Tyler won 5 games, with 1 save, and had an ERA of 1.07. Tyler was a very instrumental part of leading Bowdon to a Runner- up finish in Region 5AA, a top 10 ranking, and a final record of 21-8.
