Bowdon High School Student Receives Wayne and Hazel Scholarship

Bowdon High School senior Stewart Teal was awarded the Wayne and Hazel Reeves Scholarship this January. The Scholarship will provide all funds necessary to obtain a degree in Biosystems Engineering from Auburn University. Stewart received this scholarship through maintaining a high GPA, exhibiting excellent leadership skills and his strong interest and experience in poultry science. Stewart has also received the Georgia Cattlemen's Beef Challenge Scholarship, Alabama Farmer Federation Scholarship, and Progressive Leadership Undergraduate Scholarship.
