Central High School Teacher Named ECS Outstanding Educator of the Year

Central High School special needs teacher Ms. Kim McCain was named the “Yes I Can” Exceptional Children’s Services Outstanding Educator of the Year for 2013-2014. As the Carroll County community liaison Ms. McCain assists students in locating job sites and positions, community outings, and community based instruction. In addition, Kim helped to coordinate all athletes and volunteers from Carroll County participating in this year’s Special Olympics events. Kim McCain has been an educator for 22 years and a teacher at Central High School for 19 years.
