Temple High Students Inducted Into The National Honor Society

Temple High School students, Vivian Bailey, Bethany Billings, Jade Blankenship, Katlyn Bradshaw, Jessica Wyatt, Clayton Price, Myia Hambrick and Brianna Henley were inducted into the National Honor Society on January 24, 2014. Special guest speaker was Kristen Shadrix, former NHS President.

The Temple Chapter of NHS was chartered by Dr. Bob Heaberlin, Principal of Temple High School from 2004-2006. As an active member of the National Association of Secondary School Principals, the organization behind National Honor Society, Dr. Heaberlin challenged Temple students to put into active practice the ideals of National Honor Society-Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character. Temple students have accepted the challenge, and both the community and the students have benefitted greatly.
