Glanton-Hindsman Elementary Hosts STEM Technology Night

Glanton-Hindsman Elementary School students are making discoveries in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) in their classroom daily. The Glanton-Hindsman Elementary STEM/Technology Night on October 7 brought additional STEM insights to GHE students as they and their families participated in laboratory and demonstration activities facilitated by teachers and instructors from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Carroll County College and Career Academy, Villa Rica High School Science Department, Villa Rica Middle School Science Department, and Glanton-Hindsman Elementary School teachers. Balloon towers, robots, Promethean ActivExpressions, iPad technologies, virtual dissection & surgeries, solar power, and chemistry magic with milk, were just a few of the activities students participating in during the STEM night.
