Carroll County Schools Hosts ESOL Parent Outreach Meetings

The Carroll County School System hosted ESOL Parent Outreach meetings at Bay Springs Middle School and at the Carroll County Board of Education on September 3, 2013 and September 5, 2013. Administrators representing Bowdon, Central, Mt. Zion, Temple, and Villa Rica schools were in attendance. ESOL Teachers were also available to meet and greet the parents and provide pertinent information on the District’s ESOL program. Information presented included: Introduction of School Administrators and ESOL Teachers, Parent Portal Access to Infinite Campus, ESOL Overview, Attendance Requirements, Graduation Requirements, CCGPS, EOCTs, and Georgia Writing Tests.
