Carroll County Teacher Named Georgia's Business Teacher of the Year

Mrs. Tewanna Brown, Business Education Teacher at Temple High School, has been named the 2014 Georgia Business Educator of the Year. The award was presented at the Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education conference in Atlanta.

This award is given to teachers in Business Education who have demonstrated exemplary teaching practices, leadership skills, and community involvement. Mrs. Brown serves as the CTAE Department Chairperson, FBLA Advisor, and Yearbook Sponsor at Temple High School.
